TV Adaptations

the audiovisual experience

So far five books have been adapted into television productions.  They are Wyrd sisters, Soul Music, Hogfather, The Colour of Magic and The Light Fantastic.  Going Postal has apparently been earmarked for adaptation.  Wyrd Sisters and Soul Music were realised as animated episodes broadcast on Channel 4 in 1997.  Christmas 2006 saw the two part adaptation of Hogfather broadcast on Sky One, while Easter 2008 will see the adaptations of The Colour of Magic and The Light Fantastic broadcast in two parts.
